How to use the Coating Buddy
- Put your favorite breading mix in the bottom (fish fry, flour, corn meal or wet batter)
- Place fish, seafood, meats, wild game or vegetables on top of basket
- Secure lid tightly
- Shake up/shake down and turn over several times to "tumble" food for best coating
- Remove lid and cook your perfectly coated food
